Aston Martin confirmed that it will manufacture a limited edition of 88 units of the model Aston Martin V12 Speedster, of which orders can already be placed and whose first deliveries are scheduled for the first four months of 2021.
The two-seater Aston Martin V12 Speedster is inspired by the DBR1, with which the brand won the 24 Hours of Le Mans; and in the prototype CC100 Speedster Concept, manufactured in 2013 to commemorate the centenary of the brand.
The Q by Aston Martin teams and teams have worked on its design for a year. Aston Martin Design with the aim that customers and collectors who purchase a V12 Speedster "Bring a piece of the brand's history to your garages", as highlighted Andy Palmer, Chairman and CEO of Aston Martin Lagonda.
The vehicle is equipped with a 5.2-liter turbo V12 gasoline engine with 700 hp, which is coupled to a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission.
