Audi: Three concepts that will advance your future

They feature designs and technologies that will be featured in new Audi production cars for the first time from the mid-2020s.

By mid-2022, Audi will present three concept cars that preview what their luxury cars in the next decade. Everyone shares the word "Sphere" (sphere), something that highlights the approach of these designs developed with a holistic interior and digital ecosystem for a new world of onboard experiences.

A few weeks later it will make its premiere at the IAA in 2021 on Audi grandsphere. While in the first half of 2022 they will be followed by the Audi urbansphere.

The name "sphere" is related to a new concept of interior space design that surrounds the passengers of a vehicle. With the transition to electromobility and, within a few years, with the introduction of automated driving (level 4), this area of ​​the automobile will change more drastically than at any other time in recent decades.

Each of the three concept cars interprets this paradigm shift in design differently., created with a decided focus on dynamism, distinction or even long-distance travel.

Audi clarified that the new show cars do not look to the distant future but instead feature designs and technologies that are expected to be present for the first time in new Audi production cars from the mid-2020s.
