Baltasar Revolt: Electric super sports car Made in Spain

It delivers 500 horsepower and offers a range of 600 kilometers.

The electrification of the automotive industry has promoted the emergence of new brands. Such is the case of Balthazar, a start up founded in 2011 by the Spanish businessman Baltasar Lopez and that he already has his first model: The Baltasar Revolt.

Baltasar RevoltWith a price of 230.000 euros, the Revolt is designed to run on circuits, but also to circulate on the street. "It's an electric racing car that you can use on the street", defines López.

The Revolt has 500 horsepower, weight 700 kilograms y accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 2,5 seconds. In addition, it meets the safety requirements of the International Automobile Federation (FIA).

Baltasar RevoltThe low weight is due to the fact that almost all components are carbon fiber, including the bodywork, interiors, seats, steering wheel or diffuser.

The battery of this car, designed and manufactured in collaboration with the Catalan start up Millor Battery, weighs 250 kilograms, and allows the car to achieve a range of 600 kilometers and 40 minutes of duration in circuit conditions. In addition, in five minutes it can be charged to travel 100 km.
