In the exclusive area of Núñez, in the City of Buenos Aires, DS Automobiles held the official inauguration of the first DS Store from Argentina. The Darc Group is who is at the head of this first DS Store located in Av del Libertador 6350, where the complete DS range is exhibited along with the brand new launch that arrives in the middle of the year: the DS 7 Crossback.
Coinciding with a moment of great local expansion in sales, this first DS Store is a clear example of the important irruption that the brand is making in the country.
In 2017 and along with an avalanche of news, DS Automobiles increased its sales by more than 55%. In this context of firm expansion, it now has the objective of projecting itself among the four best-selling brands in the segment and conquer, no less, more than 8% of the market.

We are happy about this. We have great projects and ambitions for DS in 2018 and the opening of this DS Store is a great milestone for the brand ”, said Luis Basavilbaso, Managing Director of the three PSA Group brands (Peugeot, Citroën and DS).
Likewise, Ernesto Baldassarre, President of Grupo Darc and DS Store Nuñez, said: “For me it is an honor to be officially presenting this exclusive venue. With great pride I tell you that in 2018 we are celebrating 50 years with the Darc Group in our country. And, without a doubt, the PSA Group is fundamental in our daily work ”.
For its part, Valentina Solari, Director of DS Argentina, highlighted: “DS comes to our country as a genuine alternative to premium brands. A French luxury brand, a proven luxury in other areas that today is transferred to the automotive world. The goal of the DS Store is to create brand experiences that provide an emotional connection ”.
The DS Store Nuñez is the first of the eight exclusive stores that will open in 2018. The rest will be in strategic locations such as Pilar, Martínez, Córdoba, Rosario, Mendoza, Río Hondo and south of the Federal Capital.
