Dunlop Art Cars: BMW M6 GT3 by Jean Pierre Kraemer

The artist decorated the Walkenhorst Motorsport car with a design chosen by more than 44.000 fans.


Tire brand Dunlop, the famous artist Jean Pierre Kraemer and equipment Walkenhorst Motorsport have drawn on the passion of motorsport fans to design the 'tailored suit' for the BMW M6 GT3 of the German team.

This year more than 77.000 fans participated in the selection of the design for the Dunlop Art Car 2017. Among the three sketches submitted by Kraemer the majority (more than 44.000 votes) chose "Crystal Flake".

In this way, we have managed to enhance the feeling of lightness and give it a glass appearance ".

Thus, the long tradition of Dunlop Art Cars continues, in which the Ferrari and Aston Martin that ran in the mythical 24 Hours of Le Mans between 2009 2013 y.

The presentation of the "Dunlop BMW M6 GT3 Art Car", with the Walkenhorst Motorsport team, will take place at the first round of the VLN Endurance Championship, to be held on March 25 at the Nürburgring.

In addition to Walkenhorst's BMW M6 GT3, Kraemer and Dunlop will also design a Dunlop Art motorcycle for the first time this year. It's about the new Suzuki GSX-R 1000, which will compete in all races of the GSX-R Cup of the German IDM Superbike Championship.
