The second edition of All-Star Championship of Super TC2000 eSport started on rosary and there the victory was for Facundo Ardusso (Renault Sport Castrol Team), who in this way replicated in a virtual environment the success it had achieved last year on the Santa Fe track.
Agustin Canapino (Chevrolet team) and Leonel Pernía (Renault Sport Castrol Team) completed the podium on this first date of the tournament, which is reserved only for the Official pilots of the Super TC2000 and guests of the TC2000 and the Formula 2.0 Renault.
The action started with qualifying, which won Franco Vivian (Monti Motorsport). Subsequently, a Sprint was carried out that had Ardusso as the winner. This success allowed Las Parejas to start the race from first place.
Just about the final part of the competition there was an intense duel between Ardusso and Canapino, which had its climax on the last lap when the reef touched the Rombo rider and took him off the track.
To avoid being penalized, the 2016 Super TC2000 champion allowed the 2017 and 2018 monarch to recover, a situation that Pernía took advantage of to approach the fight for second place.
“I lived the race with great intensity, it was fought and vibrant until the final lap. I was dedicating a lot to the simulator and it shows. In the sprint I was able to prevail and in the final they attacked me from all sides. It's a good result for the whole team ”, summarized Ardusso, who leads the tournament with 24 points. Further back are Canapino with 20 and Pernía with 18. The next date will be this Sunday in The Zonda Eduardo José Copello from San Juan.
