The Brazilian subsidiary of Fiat just presented the 2021 version of the Argo, a model that adds its first aesthetic and equipment improvements since its appearance in 2017.
The newest thing that the hatchback brings is the incorporation of the renewed image corporate brand, which has already debuted in the new Street and that includes the so-called Script Logo (the word "Fiat" instead of the round logo) and the small Italian flag, -named Fiat flag, on the front grill. In addition, the Logo Script is also present in the center of the wheel covers and on the aluminum rims.
Indoors, the renewed Argo maintains a dark color design and also incorporates the new brand identity. The Logo Script appears in the center of the steering wheel, in the markers and on the system startup of the UConnect 7 ”multimedia screen, which is now standard since Drive 1.0. In addition, the Fiat Flag is also present in the upholstery.
The hatchback keeps the boosters FireFly 1.0 L 77 hp (version that is not in the Argentine market), the 1.3 L with 99 hp and E-torQ 1.8 L 130 hp. If we move on to the variants, the Argo will offer as standard in Brazil air conditioning, electric front windows, central locking with remote control and isofix anchors.
In Brazil it will continue to be offered with the S-Design sports package, which includes 15 ″ alloy wheels, black mirrors and spoilers, fog lights and chrome trim.
The Drive versions sold in Argentina will incorporate rear glass and electric mirrors, a 7 ″ UConnect multimedia system, a USB port in the rear seats, a rear sensor with a parking camera, a tire pressure monitor, a multifunction steering wheel and LED daytime running lights.
As for the adventurous variant Trekking (not yet available in our country), which presents an off-road aesthetic and greater clearance, brings a renewed decoration on the bonnet and door stickers, some interior color combinations.
The renewed Fiat Argo could make its entry to Argentina towards the end of this year.
