The visitors who came to this Lounge environment proposed by Peugeot enjoyed the excellent gastronomy that is already a classic of this space and were able to meet this new SUV of the brand that proposes a different concept in design and hight tech equipment.

Organized by the Association of Argentine Cooks and Entrepreneurs Linked to Argentine Gastronomy, Masticar is a meeting that disseminates the benefits of a healthy and balanced diet as well as promoting the cultural value of gastronomy and enhancing the dishes and products of Argentine cuisine.

In this context, Peugeot was present with its combination of style, innovation and gastronomy reflected in the Peugeot Lounge Food Truck and the Peugeot 3008.

With the concept of food truck, Peugeot proposes a unique vision of gastronomy at the service of well-being and the pleasure of the senses.

From its origins, Peugeot designed and manufactured objects that demonstrate its industrial savoir-faire. The nineteenth century was key: in 1810 the Peugeot family grinder appeared, in 1840 the first Peugeot coffee grinder and in 1874 the first pepper mill of the brand, whose mechanism is guaranteed for life.

In 1882, the first mobility object, the Grand Bi cycle, was born followed by another visionary object, the first Peugeot vehicle. Today, Peugeot is the only brand in the world that is still active in the manufacture of tabletop art objects and in the design and industrialization of objects for individual mobility: cars, bicycles and scooters.

The Peugeot Food Truck stems from this heritage: a mobile object that can be placed at any point and becomes a restaurant that appeals to all the senses with a modernity and harmony typical of the brand.

Peugeot unveiled this food truck concept in April 2015 as an innovative synthesis of new experiences at the service of quality, nomadic cuisine. Imagined and designed by Peugeot Design Lab, Peugeot's worldwide design studio, the Peugeot Foodtruck was christened Le Bistrot du Lion.
