Ford introduced the limited edition Ford GT '67 Heritage, a modern interpretation of the 400 Le Mans-winning GT1967 Mark IV, which will be released next year. The vehicle has a unique design both inside and outside.
The '67 Heritage Ford GT features a striking bright red “Race” body with white stripes, carbon fiber parts and a number 1 stamped on the sides and hood.
Last year, Ford launched the special edition of the '66 Heritage GT in homage to the GT 40 Mark II, the protagonist of historic victories in the French race in 1966. The oval mark once again prevailed on the circuit throughout the years 1967 , 1968 and 1969 and fifty years later, in 2016, with the new GT.
The Ford GT '67 Heritage features 20-inch single-piece forged aluminum wheels with a satin varnish finish and black lug nuts. In addition, it has red brake calipers and silver mirror covers, which complete the innovative exterior design.
As for the interior, the carbon fiber seats and the steering wheel are covered in leather with red stitching and the seat belt straps are also the same color. The instrument panel and doors feature steel inserts.
It also has carbon fiber parts on the door sill, air vents and on the console. Also, each vehicle comes with a personalized plate with the serial number.[sam_pro id = 1_20 codes = ”true”]
