
After the departure of the French Romain Grosjean to IndyCar Grand Prix Drivers Association (GPDA) that groups the pilots of the F1 has a new director: English George Russell, of the team Williams.
Russell shares the position with the German Sebastian Vettel, Aston Martin; and with Anastasia fowle, who in recent years has served as legal advisor to the GPDA.
The highest authority of entity, founded in 1961 to represent the interests of pilots, particularly in matters of safety; still the Austrian Alexander Wurz.
Beyond Russell's appointment, the GPDA clarified that Grosjean will remain his advisor. "To finish your work in progress and lessons learned" from his accident in Bahrain last year.
