
In order to improve the shows, the F1, the category teams and the International Automobile Federation advance in the idea of having Grand Prix with two competitions, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. This scheme would be tested in GP's of Canada, Italy y Brazil.
In the preview of Bahrain Grand Prix, which will be held this weekend within the framework of the first date of the 2021 World Cup, it was known how the schedule of activities would be during these presentations.
El Friday There will be a free test of one hour and, later, the classification will be carried out in its usual format (divided into three parts). Once the timed run is over, the vehicles will enter the closed park.
El Saturday there will be another free test and then a 100 kilometer sprint competition. The test will award points for the first three on the scale 3, 2 and 1.
El Sunday, as usual, it will be carried out the Grand Prix with its traditional length of more than 300 kilometers. The grid will be ordered according to the result of the Saturday competition and the score will be the usual for the top ten.
In the two races of the weekend there would be free choice of pneumatic compounds, something that would help the objective of getting predictability out of the results.
