Honda has unveiled the new HR-V hybrid, which will incorporate the advanced propulsion assembly as standard e: HEV of the Japanese brand. The new model will be available in Europe from the last quarter of this year; while it would arrive in Argentina in 2022.
As the company has indicated, this new generation of the compact SUV will hit the market for the first time in history with a two-engine hybrid powertrain Powerful and responsive (generator and impeller) (the brand did not provide further details).
"The new HR-V offers exceptional hybrid efficiency, as well as advanced safety and security features, all coupled with bold and elegant coupe-inspired lines designed to enhance interior space and comfort.", highlighted the company.
The HR-V is the latest model in the Honda range to feature the e: HEV badge, following the renew CR-V and the new Jazz y Crosstar, with the aim that by 2022 the main models of the brand's European range will have electrification technologies.
The new exterior design of the vehicle features a new integrated grill, while the bodywork incorporates a caSharper long pole and more vertical and defined sides. The center of the hood is low and flat, with a shoulder line that extends to the base of the pillars.
The interior of the car offers an off-road look "Robust and top quality", with soft touch fabrics and materials.
