Scania Argentina presented a new financial solution for its clients in the country, it is about Scania Credit Argentina, an entity that offers flexible and personalized financing that can be adapted to the environment and the reality of each client's business.
The terms of the credits reach the 12, 18 and 24 months in pesos and up to 36 in dollars (at the current exchange rate), the amount to be financed reaches between 70 and 80% of the value of the unit, be it truck, bus or motor.
"This new entity facilitates access to financing and expands the benefits for our clients, with trained resources for financial advice and with the advantage of business knowledge that 45 years of uninterrupted presence in the country give us", Held Alberto Rossi, CEO of Scania Credit Argentina.
It should be noted that not all terminals have this type of captive institution. However, the enormous potential of the Argentine market allowed Scania to develop this commercial tool.
The CEO of the new financial company explained: “The objective is to offer greater flexibility and speed of granting to clients. 48 hours after completing the procedures and legal requirements, the credit is approved. If it were a client who has already bought under this same modality, everything is reduced to a mere administrative process ”.
From Scania they state that, “The greater flexibility and speed of granting, the inexistence of hidden costs or situations that are not adequately informed, not including the data in any database of financial entities or the BCRA, and the ease of access to insurance, are inescapable advantages and benefits for the clients".
Javier Ambrosino, Operations and Sales Manager of Scania Credit Argentina, highlights in this regard that “The alliance with Aon includes the possibility of insuring both the units acquired, as well as accessing any other type of coverage that is required. In any case, the client is not obliged to take out the insurance. The choice is open. In fact, of one hundred percent of the operations carried out, between 30 and 40% of the clients take advantage of a coverage that has the support of Scania ”.
This means that, in the event of a possible claim, the truck can be repaired at the facilities of a dealer in the official network, with the best specialized service -in manpower- such as the replacement of parts with original spare parts. In addition, as a distinctive service, the transferred up to a maximum of 700 kilometers.
