Nasser Al-Attiyah without rivals in the Andalucía Rally

The Qatari was unstoppable with his Toyota. On motorcycles, Joan Barreda (Honda) won; while the Mendoza Franco Caimi (Hero) finished eighth.

After four attempts to stage the 2021 edition of the Andalusia Rally came to an end consecrating the Qatari as winners Nasser Al-Attiyah (Toyota), in cars; and to spanish Joan Barreda (Honda), on motorcycles.

Al-Attiyah was great dominator of the test and had no problems to prevail over the Spanish Carlos Sainz (MINI), who reached more than two minutes. The podium was completed by the Saudi Yazeed Al-Rajhi (Toyota).

Sixth finished the Spanish Cristina Gutierrez (OT3), who was left with the victory among the SSV.

Among motorcycles, Barreda began his sporting year with a great victory after a particular fight with his compatriot Lorenzo Santolino (Sherco), who finally escorted him after finishing more than three minutes.

Joan BarredaThe top trio on the two wheels was occupied by the Chilean Pablo Quintanilla, in his debut career as a pilot of Honda (replaces the Argentine Kevin Benavides).

This race also meant the premiere of Mendoza Franco Caimi en Hero. After being in the Top 5 in the early stages, the Cuyo finished eighth.
