Weeks away from starting one of the most important grand slam in the world, Peugeot presented a very special limited series: 308 Roland Garros. It is 300 exclusive vehicles distinguished by their equipment and a particular aesthetic.
This new special series is developed on the basis of the versions Feline THP Tiptronic and Feline HDi of that model, called 308 Roland Garros THP and 308 Roland Garros HDi, which are offered in a mix of 210 and 90 vehicles respectively.
The exclusive equipment was developed on the nacre white version and consists of custom RG logos on the sides of the vehicle, on the perforated light leather upholstery and on the carpet covers. Chrome parts such as rear-view mirrors, mask projectors, fog lights and the bumper grill were included in this limited series. In addition, it is equipped with 17 ”Horus diamond alloy wheels with the center of the wheel with orange detail.
Like the rest of the 308 Feline, this vehicle offers gear lever and handbrake in leather, visibility pack (automatic lights on, rain sensor and photochromic rear-view mirror), backup camera, exterior mirrors with lock automatic, front parking sensor.
In terms of safety, it has ABS, REF (distributed electronic braking); AFU (Emergency Braking Assist), ESP, driver and passenger front airbags, front side and curtain airbags, front and rear head restraints (3), volumetric and perimeter alarm, electronic anti-starter with coded key, automatic closing of rolling doors, locking centralized door with “Plip”, super door lock, electronic child safety in rear doors, height-adjustable pyrotechnic front seat belts, three-point inertial rear seat belts, ISOFIX anchor in rear seats and front and rear fog lights , among others.
The new Peugeot 308 Roland Garros Special Series offers a three-year or 100.000-kilometer warranty. The Peugeot 308 Roland Garros THP has a value of $ 624.030 and the Peugeot 308 Roland Garros HDi, $ 618.932.
SPECIAL SERIES ROLAND GARROS
Peugeot has a long tradition of honoring the French tournament with limited editions bearing its name associated with the brand. In Europe, the saga began in 1989, when the Peugeot 205 and 405 Roland Garros. In the 90s, it was the turn of several models signed RG: Peugeot 106 (1993) Peugeot 306 y 306 CC (1994) 806(1995) y 206 y 206 CC (1998). In 2004 the successful 307 Roland Garros.
They also had their RG representatives Peugeot 207 y 207 CC (2009 and 2013 again the latter) and 208 RG en 2014 y 2016.
Among the latest Peugeot is the 108 RG, in 2015, a model that last year was reissued with a 108 Top version! RG. In Argentina, the 205 RG was the brand's first special series in the country. In 2013, shortly after the 112th edition of the tournament, 3008 Roland Garros would arrive. And the 308 had already had a special version in 2014.

Tennis is part of Peugeot's DNA and the long relationship between the brand and the sport dates back to the 70s. The French Open or Roland Garros and Peugeot have maintained a close relationship since 1984: the brand is the sponsor and official transport, and makes a fleet of vehicles available for the movements of the players, personalities and the public during the tournament.
