As every year and to reinforce the commitment to customers, Peugeot Argentina summoned its technical advisers and customer managers to a new edition of the National Aftermarket Olympics, a competition in which the best technicians and consultants from the brand's national network of dealerships participate, distinguished by the provision of services and customer care.
The 19th edition was held in Mar del Plata and the 32 best Technical Advisers and the 16 best Customer Managers from the Argentine network of official Peugeot dealerships and workshops from all over the country participated.
The objective of these annual meetings is to update the technical knowledge of those who work in the network and to promote teamwork. In the final instance, the Technical Expert Advisors, grouped into teams, must identify various failures intentionally generated in the brand's vehicles, and resolve them in the shortest time possible while respecting the quality standards designated by Peugeot.
“This exchange and evaluation meeting is essential to promote work with brand standards, with identical tools and processes. In this way we find the best solutions to problems that arise with vehicles ”, explained Juan Carlos Risolino, After Sales Director of Peugeot Argentina.
“During the Olympics, the participants work on cars with complicated faults, and they must solve them as a team in a certain time, respecting the procedures. All this has a primary objective: to continually improve our customer service ”, He added.
Peugeot Argentina works and invests in equipment and human resources to adapt its workshops and ensure a service that guarantees the best customer service, in the shortest possible time.
In 2018, Peugeot After Sales will focus on maintaining the quality of these services, with attractive prices, and will highlight the benefits of choosing the services of the official Peugeot network workshops and the original spare parts of the brand.
THE AFTER SALES NETWORK
The quality of service and customer care is the priority for the After-Sales area of Peugeot Argentina, which for almost 10 years has been implementing certain programs to accompany customers with a more dynamic service.
PEUGEOT RAPIDE: High-quality, fast service centers, located in the main cities of the country, in which the customer can leave his car without a previous shift to be repaired in a short time. There are currently 22 centers of this type in operation.
PEUGEOT RAPIDE DUO: It is a proposal launched in 2014 that currently has 10 points, with excellent experience returns from customers. It consists of carrying out the vehicle service in one hour, where the client has a waiting room available. The service is carried out following the model of a "Formula 1 box", where the car is attended simultaneously by two specialist technicians, each with a range of work that guarantees its synchronization, assisted by specific equipment.
BODYWORK RAPIDE AND MOBILE WORKSHOP: Currently there are 11 “Rapide de bodywork”, a fast, low-complexity paint and sheet repair service, which saves time and money since the vehicle is delivered to the customer the same day he enters.
