At the end of March a Renault Kangoo gray van, destined for the Argentine market, became the last unit of this model to leave the assembly line of the Santa Isabel Factoryby Renault Argentina. The Kangoo has been produced uninterruptedly since 1998 and over the years it became a benchmark in its segment.

Throughout its history, 374.591 units were manufactured, 272.431 van version and 102.160 passenger version. Kangoo was exported to Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Chile and Cuba.

The Santa Isabel Factory dismissed the Kangoo production simultaneously with another milestone: in the next few days, the serial production of the New Renault Kangoo will begin, which will present renovations in terms of design, equipment and performance.

“This is a historical model for us, which gave us a lot of satisfaction at an industrial and commercial level. Today we say goodbye to Kangoo with great emotion, confident that his successor, the New Renault Kangoo, awaits the same successful destination that will place it in the Top 1 of its category ”, express Luis Fernando Peláez Gamboa, President and CEO of Renault Argentina.
