New colors, new labels and a more ergonomic design. Those are the attributes that make the new drum stand out. Total Lubricants has unveiled for its full range of products Total y Elf.
The new Total and Elf packaging are more practical and their labels are easier to read, with details that help consumers identify the premium quality of the product. What's more, the weight reduction will prevent the emission of 9.500 tons of CO2 every year due to saving raw materials.
With the new drums from Total, consumers will be able to identify the product they need at first glance thanks to its colors: platinum gold for higher-level products, silver for intermediate level and bronze for the entry of the range.
Essential product information is presented simulating a car dashboard, showing viscosity, manufacturers approvals, and a QR code which can be used to confirm the authenticity of the product in an instant. It is a label unlike any other and a breakthrough in easily transmitting information about lubricants.
The new drum offers a new design with a more ergonomic handle that facilitates its grip and transport. The lid has also been functionally redesigned to make it easier to pour into the crankcase.
"We have always offered products that are easy for customers to figure out.", he claimed Jean parizot, Automotive Vice President of Total Lubricantes. “But today's buyers need different information about products and how to use them, so we decided to redesign our drums by giving them a new shape, color and label. The challenge was to maintain a distinctive design so that customers can easily identify Total and Elf products. I think we achieved our goal ", Agregó.
