The Supervisory Board of Porsche gave the green light to the project Mission E, an electrically powered sports car featured in the past Frankfurt Motor Show that will have a autonomy of more than 500 kilometers.
El Porsche Mission E is a four-door sports car, with four individual seats, which has a power output of more than 600 horsepower (440 kW), with which it achieves acceleration of 0 to 100 km / h in less than 3,5 seconds.
The sports car is recharged through an 800-volt device specially developed for the model, which is twice as powerful as today's fast-charging systems.
The lithium-ion battery, integrated into the floor of the vehicle, can be recharged in just 15 minutes with this system, for a charge of 80 percent of the capacity.
The vehicle can optionally refuel wirelessly by induction via a coil located on the garage floor.
