Wayne Taylor Racing finished third in the 24 Hours of Daytona

The quartet formed by Filipe Albuquerque, Helio Castroneves, Alexander Rossi y Ricky taylor, alternating in the conduction of a Acura ARX-05 DPi of Wayne Taylor Racing, they stayed with the glory in the 2021 edition of the 24 Hours of Daytona.

It was the first time that an Acura prototype had won this competition; while the WTR joined Chip Ganassi Racing as the only teams to score three consecutive overall victories in the Rolex 24 (Ganassi achieved in 2006, 2007 and 2008).

Second place went to Jimmie johnson, Kamui Kobayashi, Simon Pagenaud y Mike rockenfeller, with an official Cadillac. While the tip-top trio completed it Oliver Jarvis, Harry ticknell y Jonathan Bomarito, with an official Mazda.

En LMP2 They imposed themselves Dwight merriman, Kyle Tilley, Ryan dalziel y Paul-Loup Chatin (Era Motorsport), in LMP3, Spencer pigot, Oliver Askew, Gar robinson y Scott Andrews (Riley Motorsport); in GT Le Mans, Antonio García, Jordan taylor y Nicky Catsburg (Corvette Racing) and on GT Daytona, Mario engel, Indy dontje, Philip ellis y Russel ward (Winward Racing).
