Rolls-Royce GhostMüller-Ötvös highlighted the importance of the company to listen to users for the development of a vehicle that, in principle, could have a validity of up to ten years. After five years of development, the new Ghost has been designed from the ground up. In the letter, the CEO of Rolls-Royce stressed that users wanted a product that had a more minimalist design.

“We found that customers show a strong trend toward luxury items, but celebrate downsizing and moderation. They seek purity of design by rejecting obvious and unnecessary embellishments ", said the executive.
